  Having purchased a hammerli air rifle £516.00 with scope and moderator and taken back next day having been accused of doing damage myself, was sent apparenty to the manafacturer who held it for two weeks awaiting parts???. It was sent to there own gunsmith who could not get parts as this hammerli was a grey import. I chased the shop for 9 weeks and was told different stories each visit or call. Eventually I found where the gun was and went to his work shop. He believed the gun was not a hammerli and eventually hot parts and the fault was not mine. I will never set foot in this shop again, bad service all round. Thanks to the director of Hammerli who offered his help. Buyers beware.
