  My review is based on the company as a whole and not directly towards the Newport store itself.... I purchased a tv cabinet and side board, both for my living room from this company and everything was great to begin with. Immediately after delivery I unwrapped the tv cabinet and put it into place in my living room to quickly discover that the colour was darker than we originally seen in the showroom and overall it did not look as nice as we would have liked in our room. I called customer services to see what our options were and to arrange to ideally return them. They asked a large amount of questions and then told me I could have them returned and refunded but for a cost of £100!! I even offered to return them to their warehouse myself in a van, fully packed back up just how they were delivered but this wasn't an option. I understand it would have cost to return the items but £100 was very steep if you ask me! Especially considering I hadn't even opened the sideboard and I had contacted them less than 12 hours after receiving them! Personally I don't recommend this company and have lost faith in to ever buy from them again. Considering they are a national company too, I feel they should have better customer service towards customers after they have purchased rather than only whilst they are trying to get your money in the first place!
